Fabric Care
We believe a well-designed garment is meant to be worn, lived in and cared for over time. Since every Pokhar piece is thoughtfully constructed, the right care helps preserve its fabric, form and character for longer.
Washing
We recommend following the care instructions provided with each garment, as they may vary depending on the fabric and construction.
Where possible, opt for a gentle wash with a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and unnecessary frequent washing, as this can affect the natural character and longevity of the fabric.
Drying
Allow your garment to air dry naturally whenever possible.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and excessive heat. Do not wring or twist the garment, as this may affect its shape and construction.
Ironing
Iron according to the temperature recommended for the fabric.
For delicate fabrics, textured surfaces or garments with modular elements, we recommend placing a protective cloth between the iron and the garment.
Storing
Store your garments in a cool, dry and well-ventilated space.
Avoid keeping them compressed for extended periods. For garments with detachable components, store the components carefully when not in use so they remain protected and ready to be worn again.
A Note from Pokhar
Our garments are designed with versatility and longevity in mind. With thoughtful care, each piece can retain its character and continue to evolve with the way you wear it.
Wear it. Adapt it. Keep it.
